Special-order, sourced-on-request, used, opened, handled, checked, fitted, customer-selected, or non-returnable products may not be eligible for refund even if the parcel is returned by customs, courier, or any destination authority. 11. Delivery Risk, Courier Delay, and Lost Parcel

The collection location, date, time, and collection instructions must be confirmed by LaptopClinic.sg in writing before any collection arrangement is valid.
Customers may be required to provide:

Any collection location is used only for confirmed ecommerce order arrangements. It is not a public retail shop, showroom, public customer counter, or public collection desk.

13. Singapore-Only Optional Add-On Arrangements
LaptopClinic.sg primarily sells replacement components, hardware components, accessories, and tech-related products through an ecommerce model.
For selected Singapore orders, customers may be offered a separate optional add-on product handling or fitting arrangement. Any such arrangement is subject to availability, separate charges, product type, item suitability, device condition, appointment confirmation, customer location or confirmed appointment location, and any additional terms provided before confirmation.
This optional add-on arrangement is not automatically included with any product purchase. It only applies if it is expressly selected, paid for where applicable, and confirmed in writing through the Website, checkout page, invoice, order confirmation, or our official customer care channel.
LaptopClinic.sg may decline, reschedule, or cancel an optional add-on arrangement if the requested item is unsuitable, the device condition is not appropriate, the appointment cannot be confirmed, the customer provides incomplete or inaccurate information, the arrangement creates safety or product handling concerns, or the arrangement is not commercially or operationally reasonable.
For overseas customers, LaptopClinic.sg provides parts-only ecommerce sales. Overseas customers are responsible for arranging any product fitting, handling, setup, checking, or related work in their own country at their own risk and cost.

Customers are responsible for backing up, removing, securing, and protecting their own data before providing any device, item, account access, or related information under an optional add-on arrangement. 14. Special-Order, Rare, and Sourced-On-Request Products
LaptopClinic.sg may assist customers in sourcing rare, discontinued, special-order, uncommon, or hard-to-find parts.
For such products:
- Availability is subject to supplier confirmation.
- Lead time is an estimate only.
- Product photos may be for reference only.
- Supplier batch, markings, label, or packaging may vary.
- Full or partial payment may be required before sourcing begins.
- Once the supplier order has been placed, the order is non-cancellable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

- Any item returned in a condition inconsistent with normal product use or the original supplied condition

Warranty claims are subject to review and approval.
